Levell Littleton was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas where he attended Hot Springs High School, the same high school as former president Bill Clinton. While in high school he enjoyed mathematics which led to his matriculation to The University of Notre Dame.

Littleton graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a  Bachelors in Business Administration with a concertation in Finance and Business Economics.  

From there he  moved to St.Louis, Missouri to attend St.Louis University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1997.   Littleton began working for Young and Thomspon in 1997 working with the distinguished lawyer, the late Ira Young.  In 2004, Littleton became a partner in The Hale Law Firm working with the distinguished lawyer, the late Larry Hale.  In 2020 Littleton, became the founder and president of The Littleton Law Firm.  With over 25 years of experience, Littleton has achieved a multitude of success in the courtroom

In his spare time, Littleton has supported various charitable organisations within St. Louis, Missouri and his hometown of Hot Springs, Arkansas such as Joining Hands of East St. Louis as well as a current board member of the Hot Springs School District Foundation.  Littleton has also served on The Merit Selection Panel appointed by The United States District Court Eastern District of Missouri for the selection of United States Magistrate Judges,  member of The Missouri Supreme Court Advisory Committee, Theodore McMilian American Inns of Court, etc.  He has served on the board of Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, The Missouri Supreme Court Racial and Ethnic Commission and has served as a moot court judge for The Washington University Law School's appellate moot court team.

Littleton is a member of The Missouri Bar Association, The Arkansas Bar Association, The United States Distrit Court of The Eastern District of Missouri, The United States District Court of The Southern District of Illinois, The Eight Circuit Court of Appeals and The United States Supreme Court Bar.
